And we realized, man, there's a real human problem to moving an organization from the classic model, we use classic, not legacy, from classic model to AI first model. 

Big psychological shift in terms of, I don't want to say surrendering your expertise or you know, it's a different day and folks have been doing a long time, have to get adjusted to the fact that they need to change. 

They can't sit back and harvest, you know, results off their expertise like they used to, right?
