And they write code, you know, very proficiently. But we also started to see that there were some failure modes. And some of these failure modes were around deep understanding of the supply chain problem itself right there immediately. 

So you could make them understand, but they didn't get it immediately when you ask the question sometimes. 

And they also didn't understand, of course, our APIs and our data model and the surface area for the applications.
