That's dissolving away. That's the new operating model. And that's profound. I love it when people think that the way we work today is entirely deterministic. There's a piece of our existing process that isn't. It's called humans. We think non-determinously. We have opinions and biases and things that are not predictable. We adjudicate. Exactly. We make exceptions. To expect an agentic system to be anything other than that, but how do we mitigate it? Well, if we create ground truth, we create tools that are predictable, and we surround ourselves with them, and the result of that combination of judgment and reasoning and predictable analytics and processes, actually gives us the necessary tools to kind of achieve that sweet spot.
