There's one business model that succeeds in biotech, and that's making therapeutics. Curing people of disease is enormously valuable and will continue to be enormously valuable. 

An AI biotech that has a thesis on how they can develop drugs and make better therapies is one that's gonna get funded. 

One that does not have that business model, it's gonna be much trickier. I think AI is a part and parcel of a series of changes in the biotechnology industry that are making it feasible for us to engineer biology in a way that is unprecedented and never known before. 

Today, we can be focused and come in with a clear objective and try to actually engineer a drug like we would design a new iPhone or design a bridge. 

AI is a key piece of that, but it goes alongside many other technologies.
