of agents as interns. They're untrained employees, right? Now, let's say you're a company, you know, you had an office manager intern who was supposed to go buy you a new printer and you send them off to get a printer and they came back with this Wi-Fi controlled refrigerator, right? 

So what do you do instead? You give them a gift card for Best Buy, which is set to like, you know, $200. So you put those constraints in place and say, here's what you're allowed to do. 

So even if you sort of, you know, we're off where you're supposed to be, it's not going to be catastrophic. 

It's going to be more or less within those guardrails that set for you.
