Help me understand, Richard. Give me the 101. So ultrasound, HIFU, called high-intensity focused ultrasound, is a sound wave using acoustic power, focused acoustic power, to treat the prostate disease, including prostate cancer and BPH. 

So it's like a magnifier under the sun and try to burn a small hole in the leaves. But this is not the sunlight. This is acoustic power ultrasound. So ultrasound used to be used for diagnosis. 

Now ultrasound is used for therapeutic treatment.
