"transcript": "So, so Chad, one of the interesting data points that comes out of my research is 67% of organizations are looking at hiring generalists over specialists, right? \n\nAnd, you know, the days, you know, we, know when we go, you go to school or you, you take a certification program or you do something and you become a specialist in something. \n\nSo you're a specialist in, you know, whatever storage and networking and programming or whatever it is, right? \n\nThat you're trying to be a specialist, right? And now what we're seeing is many organizations are looking at hiring generalists right so more somebody that understands kind of the bigger picture understands what this means across the organization. \n\nBut, The organizations are not necessarily looking for somebody that doesn't understand the level of a specialist. \n\nI think that the problem is, and from what I see from our research, is the availability of specialists is limited. \n\nThere's not a lot of specialists, but the introduction of AI pivots the intellectual workload or the cognitive workload to more of innovation than it does to maintenance.",
