But let's set the stage. I mean, skill gap is a challenge, right? So what we see is that there are big numbers here that we talked about the opening. 

Over 80% of big market enterprises and organizations have launched their plans to launch an AI initiative in the next 12 to 18 months, yet 62% are citing that AI is a strategic priority. 

So that's a very important thing. There's an enormous wave of investment, and yet the talent is actually, to execute these initiatives, is just not keeping pace. 

So the gap is real, it's measurable, and there's a genuine friction inside organizations right now which makes this particularly interesting where the pressures kind of show up differently depending on who you ask.
