Chief Product Officer in 2026. What is one skill that is non-negotiable that you hire for? For me, attitude and aptitude, right? Those are non-negotiables. And when I say attitude, I'm really looking for that desire to win, that hunger. 

And then comes aptitude, which is a logical thinking, intellectual curiosity, the ability to think on your feet. 

When you have somebody with a little bit of domain knowledge, subject matter expertise, sure that's icing on the cake.
