1Overview

Welcome to the ReelsBuilder.ai Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms of Use ("Agreement"), operated by Ace of Diamonds INC.

This Program allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers to ReelsBuilder.ai through personal referral links or codes. All users can join the Affiliate Program directly from their account dashboard without pre-approval.

2Eligibility and Enrollment

Participation in the Program is open to all registered ReelsBuilder.ai users. Upon joining via the Affiliate tab in your dashboard, you will gain access to:

  • Referral Link: A unique URL for tracking your referrals and attributing commissions
  • Dashboard: Real-time metrics and performance tracking for all your referrals
  • Payouts: Automatic monthly payments based on qualified referral activity

No separate application or manual approval is required.

3Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Terms

Affiliates earn commissions for each eligible transaction completed via their referral link.

  • A fixed or percentage-based rate is applied per transaction
  • Only non-refunded, fully-paid purchases are eligible
  • Self-referrals or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited

3.2 Payment Schedule

  • Payouts are processed automatically on the 1st day of each month
  • The referred user must have remained active for at least 31 days
  • Payments are made via the method selected in your dashboard
  • A minimum threshold applies; balances below this roll over to the next month

4Marketing Guidelines

4.1 Promotional Conduct

Affiliates agree to promote ReelsBuilder.ai ethically, lawfully, and in good faith.

  • Always disclose your affiliate relationship (FTC compliance)
  • Never use misleading claims, inflated results, or false comparisons
  • Maintain the platform's professionalism in all content

4.2 Brand and Media Usage

  • Use only approved logos, images, and branding materials
  • Do not modify or misrepresent official assets
  • Respect the brand identity and intellectual property rights of Ace of Diamonds INC

5Traffic Sources and Channel Policy

5.1 Permitted Channels

Affiliates may promote ReelsBuilder.ai via websites, blogs, email, social media, YouTube, and other personal channels.

5.2 Prohibited Practices

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Paid search advertising (e.g. Google Ads) using brand keywords
  • Adult, hate, or illegal content promotion
  • Spam, pop-unders, forced redirects, cookie stuffing

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6Coupon and Deal Policy

6.1 Authorized Promotions

Only coupons officially assigned to an affiliate may be promoted. Unofficial or expired coupon promotion is grounds for removal from the Program.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Promote sitewide deals not assigned to your account
  • Imply exclusive discounts if not authorized
  • Use coupon-related PPC campaigns without written approval

7Data & Privacy Compliance

7.1 Legal Requirements

As an Affiliate, you are responsible for complying with data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM when collecting or handling any user data.

7.2 Data Handling Restrictions

You may not:

  • Collect personal data without user consent
  • Share user data with unauthorized third parties
  • Misuse or disclose internal platform data

Affiliates must secure their systems and communications appropriately.

8Termination and Forfeiture

8.1 Termination Conditions

ReelsBuilder.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or traffic manipulation
  • Violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement
  • Inactivity over a sustained period
  • Behavior that may harm the brand's image or user experience

8.2 Commission Forfeiture

All unpaid commissions will be forfeited upon termination for cause. ReelsBuilder.ai may, at its discretion, withhold final payments pending investigation of potential violations.

9Modification of Terms

ReelsBuilder.ai may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via dashboard notice or email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
