Learn how to switch from 3x daily to 5x daily posting, set custom slots, and keep everything aligned to your timezone.
Prerequisites
- Autopilot enabled in your account
- At least one social account connected
- Timezone set correctly in Autopilot settings
Change posting frequency
- Go to Dashboard → Autopilot.
- In “Posting cadence”, choose 5x/day (or “Custom” and enter 5).
- Click Save. ReelsBuilder will redistribute slots across your awake hours.
Custom windows
Prefer batching in a time block? Switch “Timing mode” to Custom and add time slots (day-of-week + hh:mm). Keep them within your audience peak hours for best reach.
Timezone aware
All slots respect your selected timezone.
Load balanced
We stagger posts to avoid clusters and reduce spam risk.

Slots feed your social queue automatically.
Set or change timezone
- Open Autopilot → Settings.
- Pick your timezone (e.g.,
America/Los_Angeles). - Save. Future schedules regenerate in that zone.
Quality guardrails
- Keep at least 90 minutes between posts per channel.
- Use “Approval mode: Review” if you want to eyeball drafts before posting.
- Pause any content type that’s underperforming; Autopilot will rebalance the remaining mix.

Will switching to 5x/day increase credit use? Yes, more videos/posts consume more credits; monitor Credits in the dashboard.
Does Autopilot auto-detect best times? Use “Timing mode: Auto” to let ReelsBuilder pick predicted viral times.
Can I revert? Set frequency back to 3x/day and save; schedules will reflow automatically.
