Use this checklist before re-running to avoid burning credits.
Quick checklist
- Ensure your prompt is under 1,500 chars and not empty.
- Confirm you have credits left; low credits halt new renders.
- Check if a prior render is still running (only one heavy job at a time).
- Verify network is stable; refresh the page after 20s.
Retry safely
- Click Retry once; avoid rapid multiple retries.
- If it fails again, wait 60s — our queue may be clearing a backlog.
- Try a shorter prompt or a different template to isolate the issue.
Common causes
Unsafe terms
Prompts with banned terms are blocked for safety.
Provider slowdown
Occasional upstream latency; retries usually fix.
Token expired
Reconnect social accounts if uploads fail after render.
When to contact support
If retries fail after 10 minutes, copy the Job ID (from the render card) and contact support with your prompt and timestamp.
