Comfort is just losing slower

Everyone's watching Kate Middleton right now, but nobody's talking about the mindset lesson sitting right next to her. Ryan Smith built a hundred million dollar company before he bought the Utah Jazz. Not from comfort. From staying uncomfortable on purpose. Most people think safety is winning. It's not. It's just losing slower. Your comfort zone isn't protecting you, it's quietly costing you the version of yourself that actually breaks through. The real reason you're stuck isn't bad luck. It's that comfortable feels like progress when it's actually erosion. Get uneasy on purpose. That's where the real compounding starts.
