Why ServiceNow Can't Own Everything

Now this explains why architectures remain multi-vendor, even when vendors like ServiceNow claim end-to-end governance. There's really three different activities involved, including the completion of a workflow, a model validation artifact, for example, a report generated while evaluating a model to prove how well it works, and third, a blocked action at runtime versus an asynchronous alert that goes to a human. question for ServiceNow is, can it own every part, every layer in this picture, or will it become the policy authority and essentially the central hub for evidence that connects these three layers and acts as the system of action.
