AI transformation fails without C-suite commitment

Yeah, so let's unpack it a little bit. It starts at the top. It starts at the top, right? So when you're talking about a historically SaaS-based company moving to becoming an AI company, if the ELT and the CEO are not bought into AI, if it's just, I'm going to give Copilot to a few people, it's over. You've got to have buy-in from the very top. It sounds trite, it sounds easy, but it's super, super important in terms of a transformation. Probably the biggest areas that we see that as companies start transforming is we're seeing that roles are starting to blend. So you used to have a head of product, and then you had product management, and then you had product engineering. And we're seeing those roles all kind of blend together.
