Troubleshooting Content Automation: Fixes for the 15 Most Common Problems

ReelsBuilder published a blog post on troubleshooting content automation workflows. The post argues that comparing CapCut to an AI reel generator matters less than having one repeatable workflow. It recommends locking your audience, promise, and CTA before scripting. Save one hook pattern, one structure, one caption format. Run creation, editing, and publishing through a single system. The post states teams often struggle because they mix strategy and production decisions in the same step. That makes quality inconsistent and assets take longer to finish. Another issue raised: publishing without a feedback loop. Without tracking which hooks and CTAs perform, workflows never improve. The suggested approach: build a small library of reusable templates. Keep one format for awareness, one for proof, one for conversion. According to the post, consistency should come first. Polish follows once the workflow stabilizes.
